Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Departure Home Country – Colombo with one stopover (Flight)

Departure from your home country to Colombo..

Day 2: Arrival Colombo – Negombo

Welcome to the airport upon arrival. Transfer to the hotel in Negombo and rest. The remainder is at your leisure.

Day 3: Negombo – Yapahuwa/Anuradhapura

Breakfast at the hotel, departure to Yapahuwa. Visit the town of Negombo and the fish market. Visit the Munneswaram Temple in Chilaw. In the afternoon, visit the ancient city of Yapahuwa and its ruins. Then continue to Anuradhapura.

Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.

Day 4: Anuradhapura / Mihinthalaya / Trincomalee

Breakfast at the hotel and visit the ancient city and ruins of Anuradhapura (etc. Sri Mahabodhi/Ruwanvelisse/Isurumuni…). En route, visit the ancient Mihintalaya Temple, the birthplace of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. Then, continue to Trincomalee. Visit the hot springs, the town of Trincomalee, the Hindu temple of Koneswaram, and Fort Fredrick.

Overnight stay in Trincomalee.

Day 5: Trincomalee

Breakfast at the hotel and relax on the beach. Day at leisure. Options: – Boat trips, snorkeling, visit to Pigeon Island, etc.

Day 6: Trincomalee / Sigiriya

Breakfast at the hotel and afternoon transfer to Sigiriya. Evening visit to Sigiriya Rock.

Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

Day 7: Sigiriya / Dambulla / Kandy

Breakfast at the hotel and continue to Kandy. En route, visit Dambulla Cave Temple, herbal spice garden, and gem museum.

Overnight in Kandy.

Day 8: Kandy

Breakfast at the hotel, visit the Peradeniya Botanical Garden. In the evening, watch a cultural dance show and visit the Kandy Tooth Relic Temple.

Day 9: Kandy / Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast and depart for Nuwara Eliya. Visit tea plantations and a tea factory in Labookelle. Visit the Rambodda Falls. Visit the Hanuman Temple. Visit the city of Nuwara Eliya.

Day 10: Nuwara Eliya / Ella / Bandarawela

Breakfast at the hotel and visit the Sita Amman Temple and Ashoka Vatika. Then, take a scenic train ride to Ella and Demodara. You will be met by the driver at the Ella train station. Visit the Demodara Railway Loop.

Overnight in Bandarawela.

Day 11: Bandarawela / Ella / Tissamaharama

Visit Little Adams Peak in Ella. Visit the 9th Arch Bridge in Ella. From Ella, visit the Rawana Waterfall and the Rawana Caves. Transfer to Tissamaharama and Kataragama. Check in at the hotel. Visit Yala National Park in the late afternoon.

Day 12: Tissamaharama – Galle - Hikkaduwa

Breakfast at the hotel and visit Kataragama Holy City. Then, depart for Hikkaduwa. Visit the fort and the city of Galle. Afterward, check in at the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

Day 13: Hikkaduwa

After breakfast at the hotel, you have the entire day to relax. (No guide / No transportation) Overnight stay in Hikkaduwa

Day 14: Hikkaduwa - Colombo

Breakfast at the hotel and depart for Colombo. Visit Turtle Farm in Kosgoda and take a boat trip on the Madhu River in Balapitiya. Visit the Anjanayar Temple in Colombo. Upon completion, proceed to the hotel in Wattala/Colombo.

Day 15: Colombo

Breakfast at the hotel and visit Colombo. Visit BMICH/INDEPENDENCE SQUARE, PETTAH BAZAAR, GALLE FACE GREEN, and much more.
